This summer at MPA’s Ashuelot Valley Academy was full of energy, creativity, and hands-on learning. Students engaged in meaningful academic work across subjects—bringing history to life, strengthening literacy and math skills, and diving into interactive science projects—while also enjoying off-campus experiences and team-based challenges. From outdoor exploration and fitness milestones to entrepreneurial thinking and career-focused learning, AVA continues to connect classroom experiences to real-world applications. The newsletter also offers a preview of an exciting new Vocational Elective launching this fall, where students will build workplace skills and collaboratively launch an AVA 3D printing store, gaining hands-on experience in business, technology, and customer service.
